Welcome to NE Children Parties

FAQ's

1. What type of sport clothing and footwear do I need to wear?

We recommend sports clothing such as t-shirt and shorts with appropriate sports footwear such as trainers. Sporting pants such as joggers and tracksuit bottoms are also fine, basically anything that is comfortable and will not restrict your movement while taking part in the events.

2. Has there been any injuries taking part in the Nerf Gun event?

No, there has been no injuries to date using the Nerf Gun Equipment, there has been the odd bump and scratch from participants jumping around and rolling around on the floor but nothing in regards to the darts being fired. We always give a short safety briefing before the game to advise the rules to show you how to stay safe during the game.

3. Can we bring our own food and refreshments?

Yes of course that is no problem you can certainly bring them along to the event and for an extra fee we can arrange a party area for you as well.

4. Can we bring our own Nerf Guns?

No, all the nerf guns will be provided as we want all games to be fair without one player turning into the “Terminator” with a NERF Machine Gun!.

5. Are there any age restrictions?

Yes all of the group must be aged 6 years and above for the nerf gun parties and 10 years and above if looking to package together with the Bubble football or Archery combat.

6. Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have public liability insurance but remember Nerf Gun parties is a contact sport therefore if you are hurt from participating in a nerf gun party we are not liable. If you stay within the safety rules we go through before the event you will have a great time and the risk of injury will be minimal.

7. What facilities would you recommend we hire?

We recommend indoor sports halls or indoor football pitches as we do not run games outdoors to avoid the North East Weather.

8. Are parents allowed to take part?

Yes of course they are more than welcome to get involved in all the action.

9. What time should we arrive at the venue?

We always advise everyone to arrive 15 minutes prior to your event time to make sure everyone is together and the event can start on time.

10. If you are coming to our venue what do you need?

If we are travelling to a venue you have chosen we need access to the venue at least 45 minutes prior to the event and 30 minutes after the event and access to an electrical socket to inflate/deflate bunkers etc. The venue must also be an adequate size such as a 5 aside football length sports hall for the event to be a smashing success!
