Terms and Conditions


NENerfgunparties.co.uk will organise events in any area of the North East. We can arrange the venue for you or if you’d like us to come to you this can certainly be arranged depending on availability. Simply call, email us or use the contact page on our website to arrange a date and time and check availability. Once everything has been checked and arranged with the venue or suppliers we will take payment for your event and send you confirmation.


Games will last a number of different lengths depending on the package you have chosen and this includes a full safety briefing. We may break you up into smaller teams to provide everyone with adequate rest and water breaks if necessary, or if anyone in the group is suffering from fatigue, dehydration or simply needs to stop for any reason they can step out of the arena. If there are any questions following the safety briefing simply ask before the game begins. You may need complete a waiver/consent form prior to the event but this will be outlined upon contacting our team.


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Please note that we cannot allow play with anyone thought to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or seemingly not in control of their actions. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms. We ask that you arrive promptly at the agreed time of the event, failure to do so will cut into your game time. Should any of our team run late play time will be extended accordingly. We can allow ages 6+ years to participate in the NERF Gun Parties.


Nerf Gun Parties much like all sports there is an element of contact and therefore there is a risk of injury. Should injury occur on any scale NENerfgunparties.co.uk our third parties will not be held responsible or accountable. A Safety briefing will be presented prior to the event to highlight health and safety and on occasion a consent form may be requested from the parent /guardian of children under 18 years of age. Participants play at their own discretion in full awareness that injury may occur.


Whilst our packages may include venue hire and equipment, our bespoke packages may not include venue and if requested for us to travel, we may apply travel costs for fuel etc which will be outlined prior to booking. Whilst we offer bespoke packages on the day of the activities the safety briefing is essential. Should you wish to cut your time short due to time restrictions or other it is no problem and no additional charges will be made however be refunds will be given. We ask that you familiarise yourself with the venue providers terms and conditions of play as we cannot be held responsible of their conditions or actions.


We reserve the right to take photos and videos of your event, these will be used for promotional purposes unless you are unwilling to do so, then simply send us an email prior to your booking and images and videos will not be taken. After giving your consent by making a booking with us, we will use your email with our affiliates and some third parties to keep you up to date with offers, discounts and competitions we feel you may be interested in. Again if you do not wish to be opted into this service you can opt out of this service via email.


Once a payment has been made to us you will receive confirmation by email or text message, this confirmation will outline the next steps for your booking. We ask that payment be made in full at the time of booking, if we decide to take a deposit payment and the remaining balance to be paid in due course, please note the deposit is non-refundable should the event not go ahead for any reason. When full payment has been made, confirmation of all your arrangements will be sent by email or text message. All confirmations will include addresses for activities as well as any other information needed for your booking. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately if anything is not correct in your booking confirmation once these are sent to you. Once the full balance has been paid and confirmation has been sent, no refunds will be given as our suppliers will have been paid.


Once you have booked with us your date and time and made a payment, your booking is confirmed. In order for us to cater for others, refunds will not be applicable under any circumstances however your event can be rearranged for a small rescheduling fee.

Refunds Prior to events - Once a deposit has been paid for your booking those amounts are non-refundable as stated in Section 7. Refunds will only be given of the deposit if an error has occurred by ourselves. If in the off chance you need to cancel your booking please see our cancellation procedure in Section 9.

Refunds Post/during booking- If you are unhappy with the service provided, cases will be reviewed in a case by case basis, if in the outcome we find it has been an error by ourselves you may be entitled to a refund.

If you are unhappy with the service offered by one of our suppliers activities then you must follow the supplier’s complaints and refund procedure. We sometimes act as a third party advertising company who pay the suppliers for their services such as but not limited to, activities, events, venue hire, food and drink services etc. We are not responsible if the service is not offered to the standard you had hoped for by one of the suppliers advertised on our website. You must address any issues you have with the supplier themselves which we will be happy to supply contact information.


We reserve the right at any time to cancel or change any of the arrangements, services or prices, including activities, venues, tickets and to substitute to alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation being given.

Cancellations by you –If you require a change or cancellation to your booking you must notify us immediately. We cannot guarantee any changes requested can be made but we will try and accommodate your requests as best as possible. You will be charged for any extra costs incurred by ourselves.

If you request to cancel or reschedule your event, we reserve the right to charge a re-scheduling fee. If we are unable to accommodate a reschedule due to availability, the event will be cancelled and any amount of deposit paid will be non-refundable.

Cancellations by us – In the rare event that we are forced to change or cancel your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. If it is beyond doubt the event cannot take place due to an error by us we will organise a full refund or reschedule of the booking with no re-scheduling fee applied.

However, under no circumstance are we obliged to refund any element of a booking cancelled due to events beyond our control.


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NENerfgunparties.co.uk and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.


In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.


These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
